Re (2), this is an interesting question. At this point, I would prefer no because I am not confident in the maturity of these products. Some of my writing gets into sticky and heated areas where nuance can really matter. If the bot credits me with something I didn't say or says it badly? That has more potential to blow back at me than benefit me. Google is a search engine and they should be able to find my answers in the literal text I have written. If there was a chatbot representing myself, I would want full control over it, not have some corporation control it.
